Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and expertise.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform on-site inspections and assessments.
- Collaborate with customers to develop and implement solutions to technical problems.
- Conduct testing, calibration, and maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Create and maintain documentation, including technical manuals and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide training and guidance to technicians and junior engineers.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards such as ISO standards, WSH regulations and Safety Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Prior knowledge of hydraulics systems, electrical systems and pneumatics is preferred.
