Job Description:
- Data entry, invoicing and filings
- Handle partial set of account (AP,AR, GL, Accts Reconciliation)
- Key in all accounting transactions into accounting system
- Assist in preparing quarterly GST report
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Assist in monthly payroll and manage timesheet & leave records
- Assist in managing road tax and insurance renewals
- Perform any other related duties as assigned
- Handle general administrative work and ad hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy/Finance. Otherwise, 2-3 years of relevant working experience is accepted
- Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude
- Must be able to work independently and be resourceful
- Well organized with excellent time management, computer and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Knowledge of XERO Accounting will be an advantage
- Preferable for candidate to start work immediately

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm (Including of 1 hour of lunch break)
- Saturday (Alternate) 8.30am to 1pm
