JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Act as a primary point of contact for medical associates and their patients and to ensure a smooth and seamless medical experience and a high level of care.
- Schedule and co-ordinate appointments between different clinics and/or healthcare providers to ensure efficient scheduling and timely follow-ups.
- Offer financial counselling and personalized assistance to patients based on their unique needs and medical requirements.
- Assist with health screening package quotations and proposals to clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining proper documentation and timely processing of insurance claims.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and protocols.
- Maintain good working relationship with medical associates.
- Ensure proper documentation of all agreements with medical associates.
- Collate reports to be submitted to Management and/or Finance Department.
- Assist with all necessary administrative, logistics and operational arrangements for internal and/or external outreach events.
- Any duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage but not a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task.
- Possess a customer-centric approach to patient care.
- Pro-active with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
