Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Management.
- Ensure efficient operations and management of the facilities within the property.
- Provide concierge service as well as attend to residents’ needs or enquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Escalate service-related enquiries / feedback to the Management.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities and works of vendors and contractors and provide the Management with reports on vendor's and contractors’ performance, quality and value of works when required.
- Communicate house rules and health & safety requirements to visitors and contractors.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the facility and property and identify problematic facilities and report to the Management.
- Identify hazards and assess risk within the assigned areas of responsibility.
- Manage the administration, usage of computerised systems / softwares as well as deployed systems.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and replacement of equipment.
- Any other duties as assigned within the scope of the job to meet the needs and requirements of the property and/or the Mangement.
Requirements
- Customer-oriented with polite and professional demeanour.
- High attention to detail.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a service sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English (Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing).
- Able to perform 6-day work week including weekends and Public Holidays.
