Job Description
- Maintain accurate and timely updated financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and journal entries.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are correctly recorded and classified according to relevant accounting standards.
- Regularly monitor and reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and other financial accounts.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
- Generate ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as required by management to support the decision-making process.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, collaborating closely with department heads and management to develop realistic financial projections.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, including tax laws, financial reporting requirements, and internal control procedures.
- Implement recommendations from audit findings to improve financial processes and internal controls.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, such as cost-benefit analysis, profitability analysis, and financial modeling.
- Responsible for preparing and timely submitting various types of tax returns, such as consumption tax, income tax, etc.
Requirements
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- The ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
