Job Responsibilities
As part of the Technical Helpdesk Team, you will provide vessel IT support as well as in-house Helpdesk and Technical support to end users. You will also be involved in the installation, cabling and set-up of workstations, PCs and printers.
· Provide in-house helpdesk and technical support to end users and vessel IT
· Support and resolve in-house end users and vessel IT technical issues
· Assist in the installation, cabling and setting up of workstations, PCs, and printers
· Performs software updates
· Attend to ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
· Diploma in IT related field
· 2 – 3 years of IT support experience
· Preferably with some Vessel IT support experience
· Willing to work OT and board the vessel
