We are looking for a suitable candidate for this position:
Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams working on ServiceNow development projects.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine the backlog, prioritize user stories, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Track and report key Agile metrics, such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress, to stakeholders and leadership.
5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow
