Compliance Officer

Overview:

Join the leading payment services provider in Singapore. We are looking for a proactive Compliance Officer with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial sector. The successful candidate will support our compliance efforts to maintain adherence to legal standards and internal policies.


Responsibilities:

· Maintain compliance with local and international financial regulations.

· Manage and update internal compliance policies and procedures.

· Handle MAS Payment Services licensing issues and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

· Conduct and oversee risk assessments and compliance audits.

· Develop and facilitate compliance training for staff.

· Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 2-3 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry, preferably in payment services.

· Comprehensive understanding of MAS regulations and guidelines.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


Skills:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

· Proficiency in relevant compliance software is an advantage.
