Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operations
- Run through construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements
- Liaise with consultants, clients & main / sub-contractors and coordinate site activities arrangement
- Perform site inspection and ensure that the work is carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
- Lead a team of supervisors/foreman for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
- Assist in preparation of method statement and construction sequence for project implementation
- Coordinating the handing-over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering (BCSS / RES optional)
- Min 4-5 years of experience on LTA road work projects
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Relevant coordination experience with Government Agencies
- Working hours: Weekday 8 am to 6 pm | Alt sat
