Retail Associate [Golf Equipment]
- Salary: Basic $2175 + Commission
- 6 days, 44 hours per week (off-day not fixed)
- Shift work: 09.30am - 5.30pm, 1.30pm - 9.30pm
- Working Location: Orchard
Job Responsibilities
- Follow and drive sales to achieve sales targets on monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Provide excellent quality service to customers with high level sales service
- Ability to assess customers’ needs and provide assistance on product features
- Perform housekeeping within the outlet
- Perform receiving/unpacking/ stacking/ bar-coding of merchandise in outlet
- Ensure sufficient inventory and comply with inventory control procedures
- Perform stock count duties as assigned
- Submit reports and customers’ feedback to management
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- N level/ O Level / ITE or its equivalent
- At least 1 year of retail experience is required
- Identify customers’ needs and provide assistance on product features
- Able to commit to retail working hours and weekends
