Team Intro: The Business Product team is responsible for end to end supply chain and logistic product solution design, based on business strategy, plan and requirements. Responsibilities : - Align on the key success metrics with the business team and identify the key levers impacting these metrics - Clearly define the key stakeholders involved and align on the process flow - Carry out detailed requirement gathering sessions and summarize the takeaways in the form of a Product Requirements Document - Conduct Product Requirements Document walk through sessions with all the stakeholders and align on the final scope of work - Create an end to end project execution plan from planning until release and assign the PICs for each of the tasks - Conduct regular cadence with the stakeholders to share project updates and communicate any delays proactively - Closely work with testing team to review test cases and perform User Acceptance Test - Closely work with all the dependent teams to ensure everyone is on track to meet the project deadlines - Closely work with the biz team to plan and execute dry run and go-live activities as per aligned timelines - Continuously monitor the metrics and identify potential areas of feedback by talking to the operations team and understanding their pain points
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: - Proficiency in English language Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor degree or above - Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the lifecycle. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile/scrum environments. - Familiarity with product management tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello). - Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
