Purchase Executive
Location: Lentor (Shindo Industrial - Tagore Lane)
Working Day: 5 day work week (include weekend &PH)
Working Hours: 8am to 5.30pm /10.30am -8pm (Shift)
Salary: $1,800-$3,000
Job Description
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Assist with hamper packaging
Requirement:
- Work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
