Job Description
- Onsite Project Manager to work directly with customer mainly in Singapore, and remote/offshore development teams.
- Lead multiple teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, in scope and delight the customers
- Analyze clients requirements and work out strategic planning, Develop program strategies and goals which match with the strategic and product roadmap of customer.
- Coordinate and organize the activities for projects to deliver working software in to production in line with the product roadmap.
- Main coordination and escalation point for the team
- Manage project development and implementation. Manage the project schedule and track activities to successful delivery.
- Manage the delivery process and ensure all project documentations are filed and kept.
- Manage project risks and dependencies, recommending workaround solutions to customers to meet delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- At least 7 years experience in Project Manager role with at least 3 year experience in Digital Transformation projects/programs. Experience in software development using Agile software development methodologies (Scrum/ Kanban/ Lean/ XP).
- Experience in process change and adoption across technical delivery teams
- Experienced with Enterprise Integration and Application Design patterns.
- Experience in scheduling and tracking experience using open source tools (i.e. JIRA and Confluence)
- Ability to work in a team environment (onsite/offshore communication).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare projects/programs is a plus
