Job Duties:
- Supporting the Office Manager by overseeing routine administrative tasks.
- Organise file archiving, manage vendor invoice processing, and handle approval forms and distribution.
- Coordinate arrangements for visiting colleagues/new hires and manage stationery orders.
- Facilitate recruitment processes, maintain accurate records, and manage employee records and attendance.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes, assist in HR policy development, and coordinate reviews and employee training.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for HR inquiries and compile data reports for regulatory submissions.
- Participate in career fairs and collaborate with the broader HR team on strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and operate successfully in a professional and fast-paced environment
