- Managing the operational marketing plan for the region Asia - Pacific
- Support the development of the local operative marketing plans in accordance with the regional strategy and in cooperation with the local and regional marketing team
- Leading and supporting marketing related projects in the Asia-Pacific region
- Develop regional marketing campaigns, projects and measures (ensuring adherence to global concepts and guidelines) and ensure their implementation on all levels
- Ensuring that all Communications & Sales Marketing measures are aligned with Sales & Service and that the handover to the sales process is managed;
- Managing the interface with agencies and other suppliers to ensure efficient implementation and compliance with brand and corporate design and corporate language guidelines online and offline.
- Support regional roll-out of global campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Translate regional and/or local positioning into consistent messaging including customer communications, sales argumentation and training
- Take responsibility for brand, corporate design and corporate language compliance in the development of all materials
- Actively participiate and drive best practice sharing amongst the global and regional Communication & Sales Marketing network and as such develop and distribute communication case study materials
- Plans and executes web email, social media, and display advertising campaigns in cooperation with the digital marketing managers.
- Supports maintaining of our social media and web - presence.
- Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
- Measures and reports performance of offline and digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals
- Support webinars and digital media production
Knowledge and skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, post-graduate level in Marketing or a similar related business and commerce subject.
· 2 to 5 years of experience in a marketing or communication function in industrial enterprises or marketing and/or communication agency
· Knowledge in the conception and implementation of global communication activities – optimal in an B2B environment
· Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of project management and management of external agencies
· Comprehensive knowledge in digital marketing
· Strong analytical skills and intercultural awareness.
· Willing to travel within the region for work.
· Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English.
