The Job
Candidates must be willing to work 44-hour work week in Medical Centre for Migrant Workers (MCMW) located at Woodlands, where 98% of patients are male migrant workers.
- Register patients and schedule appointments.
- Do billing and cash collection.
- Update records and distribute reports.
- File patients' records.
- Replenish sundry item inventory when stock runs low.
- Do crowd control and simple triaging.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
The Person
- Minimum GCE N / O levels with minimum 1 year's work experience in customer service.
- Preferably with experience in ILTC setting (eg. centre-based care).
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
