Responsibilities:
- Manage construction activities and progress independently
- Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements
- Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives
- Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site work
- Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
- Ensure the quality of work
- Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
- Prepare daily progress report and work schedule
- Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site
- Attend project meetings
- Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Min 8 years of working experience
- Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff
- Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
