The Opportunity
- This individual will be handling the end to end recruitment process for a leading Tech MNC, across the APAC region
- Opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders to align on job requirement and throughout the recruitment process.
- Mon - Fri; Office Hours
- Salary: Up $5000
- 12 months contract (renewal subjected to performance/ business directions)
The Talent
- At least 2 years of end to end recruitment experience
- Recruiter or experienced sourcer who has built candidate slates & executed experienced hire processes.
- Comfortable operating across the APAC region and be capable of working as part of a virtual team, providing seamless global stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in agency and/or an in-house recruitment team and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
- Preferably experienced of at least one of the following sector verticals: Energy, Insurance and/or corporate functions and are passionate about technology and big data solutions.
The Job
- Partner with key stakeholders (BU & HR) providing a full cycle TA service, delivering on real time needs as well as pipeline and succession requirements.
- Comfortable generating candidate slates sourced from passive and active pools, effectively communicate the and apply your selection and assessment experience to identify the strongest talent.
- Develop pipeline for future hiring requirements
- Utilise the latest ATS & CRM technology to ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process.
