Attachment Description
This role will report to the director and be responsible for all elements of marketing for the company's goods. The marketing manager enhances awareness by creating and implementing marketing strategies to fulfil customer demand and optimise earnings.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
- Assist with market analysis, market research, and voice of customer research on the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Perform performance data analysis, present findings, and drive continuous improvement to monitor and enhance marketing programme effectiveness.
- Assist with other marketing/project activities as required.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and observation skills.
- Solid understanding of integrated marketing, communications, media relations, and product management.
- Ability to influence business outcomes using marketing levers
