CRM and Lifecycle Specialist / Lead

At Ordinary Folk, we’re reimagining the building blocks of healthcare, through Noah and Zoey. Noah allows men to receive remote diagnosis and treatment across varying areas of care. Through Zoey, women’s sexual wellness and fertility journeys are supported with thoughtful products and services.


We are seeking a customer-centric CRM Specialist to lead our customer retention efforts. The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to understanding our customers' needs, preferences, and behaviors. You will design and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience, foster loyalty, and maximize customer lifetime value.


What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute customer-first CRM strategies that prioritize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Create and manage personalized lifecycle marketing campaigns to engage customers at every stage of their journey.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for personalized upselling and cross-selling, and develop tailored campaigns to address these opportunities.
  • Innovate and test customer-friendly pricing mechanisms to drive value for both customers and the company.
  • Segment our customer base to deliver highly targeted and relevant marketing efforts that resonate with individual customer needs.
  • Continuously monitor customer feedback and behavior to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive approach to customer retention.
  • Utilize CRM tools and software to track, analyze, and report on key metrics related to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM to ensure we are always putting our customers first.

About you:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or in a similar role with a strong focus on customer-centric strategies.
  • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, and retention techniques.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for enhancing the customer experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
