Job Description

• Maintain and monitor project deadlines as per the work schedule

• Coordinate all works on sites

• Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills as you will be working closely with clients and suppliers to ensure effective delivery within the expected time frame, costing, and quality objectives.

• Ensure projects are working within timelines and budget

• Carry out a site inspection

• Ensure Project Documentation is properly managed

• Attending site meetings

• Any other duties as assigned

• Responsible for site coordination & supervision work, to monitor and report project progress daily.

• Able to communicate well with clients and contractors, email correspondence is needed when necessary.

• Able to read plans & drawings and manage a few projects concurrently.

• Relevant experience in renovation work.

• Good command of English and liaise with Chinese-speaking workers in Mandarin.
