Retail Associate [Apparel / Clothing]
- Location: Marina Bay Sands // Changi
- Basic Salary: $1,800 - $2,500 + Commission
- Operating Hours: Sunday - Thursday (10.30am - 10pm) | Friday, Saturday & PH (10.30am - 11pm)
- Working days / Hours: 5 Days/44 hours (shift work)
Job Description
- Processes customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Be the ultimate brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to the store management team
- Support the Operations team in maintaining stock order and assist in cycle count activity. Participate in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
