Requirements
- GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, Nitec COS, Higher Nitec, Diploma, Degree
- Reasonable understanding of HR operations
- Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to organize and main records, documents, and reports systematically
- Capacity to identify issues, analyze situations, and propose solutions independently or collaboratively
- Competence in administrative tasks such as updating of tracking list, retrieval of information, and data entry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for correspondence with stakeholders and service partners
- Ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals and resolve operational issues efficiently
Job Description
- Process administrative Human Resource services for various government agencies with precision and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements
- Manage HR services including recruitment, onboarding, pre-service appointments, and medical screenings
- Generate and distribute letters, emails, and related documents efficiently
- Conduct administrative tasks such as filing, retrieval, and photocopying as needed
- Record HR transactions accurately in the HR system and submit to the HR Supervisor promptly
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues promptly
- Collaborate with external vendors such as training providers and medical screening facilities
- Compile reports and submissions in accordance with established formats and SOP
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly address queries from service partners
- Engage in departmental initiatives, ad-hoc projects, and tasks assigned by supervisors
