1. Overseeing Project and Maintenance activities, coordination, scheduling, progress meeeting.
2. Provide quotation and prepare materials costing.
3. Liaise with client/ Supplier/ Subcontractors/ Workers
4. Attending emergency breakdown and folowing up with the causes.
5. Inspection, testing & commissioning.
6. At Least 1~3 year relevant working experience
7. Min.Diploma in Engineering
8. Good knowledge in Building M&E services, installation and maintenance.
9. Able to work independently with minimum supvervision.
