Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for financial reporting, performance tracking as well as management of business performance for Community Financial Services (CFS) sector business lines, segments, and channels; as well as other CFS collaborative work, and special projects
- Set Targets and KPIs for CFS Business units, segments, channels to ensure CFS targets are aligned and meets overall goals of Country and Group CFS
- Drive performance management through tracking, forecasting, gap analysis, to achieve Targets and KPIs for CFS, country and Group CFS
- Develop and provide strategic, analytical and modelling support for CFS Plans and Initiatives that are aligned and meets overall goals of Country and Group CFS
- Support CFS in areas of financial impact to ensure alignment with overall goals of Country and Group CFS
- Provide support for initiatives that require coordination CFS wide
- Manage data portion of MAS or regulatory related reporting/surveys for CFS
- Drive the Annual Budgeting Process and Forecasting Process for the Sector
- Track and monitor performance against targets, reviewing feasibility of set targets throughout the year
- Review daily/monthly tracking/reporting and initiate stop-gap measures
- Perform gap analysis and forecasting according to business projections
- Measure and analyse product/segment/channel profitability performance, for better KPI and resource allocation
- Assess need and drive developing business plans, financial plans, product reviews and presentations
Job Requirements:
- At least 12 years relevant experience in business, management reporting and analysis in the finance and banking industry
- Finance / Banking / Accounting Degree or equivalent with relevant and extensive experience in Consumer Banking / Finance roles
- Knowledge and Experience in accounting principles and practices, Consumer Banking products and markets, and the analysis and reporting of financial data
- Knowledge and Experience in business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation
- Strong team player/leader and focused on working cohesively between department to achieve company goals and objectives
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with all level of internal and external staff
- Highly articulate with excellent oral & written communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and able to facilitate cross-function collaboration
