Website Operations Specialist

Job Description:

As an operator, you will be responsible for the daily operation and customer service of the website.


Responsibilities:

1. Daily operation management: Responsible for updating and maintaining website content, including but not limited to posting product information, editing articles, updating event pages, etc., to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of website content.

2. Customer service support: Timely handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service needs, maintaining good communication and problem-solving abilities to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Social media management: Responsible for the daily maintenance and updating of social media accounts, including content posting, interactive replies, etc., to increase brand exposure and fan interaction rate.

4. Data statistics and analysis: Regularly conduct data statistics and analysis, analyse user behaviour and market trends, and provide data support for operational strategies and decisions.

5. Team collaboration and communication: Work closely with team members, cooperate with other departments, and jointly promote the smooth progress of projects.


Job Requirements:

1. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, encompassing writing, listening, and speaking, is essential due to the need to engage with clients in China.

2. Proficient in computer operation, with good internet literacy.

3. Experience in e-commerce, forums, or other internet platform operations is preferred.

4. Good communication skills and team spirit, able to withstand work pressure.

5. Strong sense of responsibility and meticulous attitude towards work. Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, able to quickly adapt to the work environment.

6. Preferred with relevant professional background.

3. 具备电商、论坛或其他互联网平台运营经验者优先考虑。

4. 备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神,能够承受工作压力。

5. 有较强的责任心和工作细致认真的态度。较强的学习能力和解决问题能力,能够快速适应工作环境。

6. 有相关专业背景者优先。
