Job Responsibilities:
- Creating tailored curriculum and lesson plans
- Utilizing evidence-based, thoroughly researched techniques and educational methodologies
- Evaluate the present reading proficiency of students entering RIS programs at the entry level
- Employing standardized assessment tools and testing to gauge the reading capability of incoming students
- Discerning their learning requirements and establishing achievable goals for improvement
- Recruiting and training of volunteers
- Screening, orienting and training volunteers
- Providing on -the-job monitoring and training for key volunteers
- Identifying and coaching mentor volunteers
- Engage in collaboration with parents, pre-schools and stakeholders
- Administrative tasks and writing reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education, Diploma/Bachelor in Special Education, Early Childhood Education or relevant qualifications .
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical and assessment skills.
- Team player with good organizational skills.
- Good computer skills will be an added advantage.
- Able to work on Saturday morning
