We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Strategy Executive to join our team, focusing on the promotion of the services from our group of companies. The ideal candidate should have 2 – 3 years of experience in marketing and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level, Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or Certificates in marketing or a specialized industry area can be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM), as well as familiarity with social media and web analytics
- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively convey marketing messages and interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Analytical and structured thinker, with outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Mature, well-organized, and good team player
Expectations
- Develop marketing strategy and roadmap aligned to business strategy and growth initiatives; proactively and creatively seek out new opportunities and a new innovative idea to create impact on our group of companies.
- Create marketing materials for both online and offline outreach campaigns
- Run campaigns across multiple social media platforms
- Generate leads through email marketing
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects efficiently, as you may be involved in various aspects of marketing from planning to execution
- Any other ad hoc projects/tasks delegated by the Managing Director
