Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
- Day to day operations of the office, reception duties
- Arranging local deliveries and courier, SEA logistics shipments, payment vouchers, rravel arrangements, etc
- Conducting weekly environment checks and actions (First-aid, Aircons, office premises, etc)
- Manage workflow by other departments, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
- Filing and other accounting ad-hoc assignment
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma / “O’ level.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Software,
· 1 year working experience.
· Excellent co-ordination and organization skills self-motivated, initiative, good ability to prioritize tasks quickly and effectively.
· Good in written and spoken English
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision in fast-paced environment.
