Job responsibilities:
- Provide compliance support, consulting services, and monitoring in support of management's business objectives and their responsibility to mitigate risk.
- As point of contact, work closely with Compliance and other Business Users in addressing regulatory queries.
- Provide technical information, responses, or historical data from respective gaming systems as requested by authorities within the given timeline.
- Manage data, supporting documents, correspondence of past and on-going non-compliance incidents
- Communicate and interface with vendors and business users for system investigations that leads to potential non-compliance
- Manage compliance related projects and support on-going systems for any troubleshooting or features enhancements
- Manage regular internal and external audit reviews in line with regulatory and governance requirements, and keep track of the follow up actions
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or similar discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis for IT compliance or audit context
- Well versed in SQL database management and query
- Experience in automation tool is a plus
- Experience in risk mitigation, business process consulting, internal audit, or ethics and compliance in a multinational company
- Basic project management knowledge, presentation skill & business analytical skill
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a collaborative team-oriented problem solving approach
- Strong analytical capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent written skills, able to write clearly and concisely
