Responsibility
- Develop tender strategies and responsible for tender estimation
- Handle tender submission, including qualification and quantification documents
- Coordinate all parties to provide accurate analysis on the participated project
- Conduct tender exercises for sub-contracting including evaluation and award of contract
- Presentation to Management on the tender submission proposal
Skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil/Structural Engineering/Building/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Min 10 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in tender management for projects in contracts value >$100M SGD
