Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Chemicals industry with a strong presence globally. They are looking for a Laboratory Manager to join their team, reporting to the Head of Department.
THE ROLE
The Laboratory Manager is responsible for:
- Managing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, maintaining laboratory equipment, and leading a team of quality control professionals.
- Ensure laboratory safety protocols are followed, and a safe working environment is maintained.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure continuous compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within the chemical manufacturing industry.
