My client - an established brand within the consumer electronics space is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to be part of the team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Establish sales strategies and developing distribution channels to ensure company’s objectives are met
• Internal training & developing clients across the region to ensure department’s objectives are met
• Implementing sales programs by developing sales action plans across the region
• Interfaces directly with key clients and handles inquiries from the field
• Coordinating all shipments/deliveries and needs by clients
• Expand sales volume and product mix by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• In-depth understanding and planning on monthly sales forecasts
• Provides monthly/quarterly reports to management and HQ
• Constantly evaluates clients’ strengths
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration preferred
• Strong passion for audio products
• Minimal five years of experience as regional sales manager
• Minimal eight years of sales experience
• Proven track record of positive sales performance
• Multi-year experiences with sales budgets, forecasts, strategic account management, marketing and promotions, channel management and sales team management
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Proficient PC skills
• Able to do 60%-70% travel
