Job Overview
This is a newly created role which is to handle the full range of HR matters for all internal employees and independent contractors globally. The candidate also needs to work extensively with government agencies, payrolling software and with other members within the business operations team to ensure accurate payroll calculation, processing, and reporting. This role will naturally grow to be a senior HR executive, before further developing to a HR assistant manager.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. In charge of all Marco entities globally from an internal HR perspective.
2. Construct in-country HR policies, following company global standard procedures.
3. Responsible for all internal HR matters.
4. Liaise and co-ordinate with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax, and government authorities where required.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements and company policies.
6. Working with the accounts team to ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes.
Requirement
1. A good degree or diploma will be considered.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience; internal HR experience is preferred.
3. Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Excel skills, payroll software – Talenox, IRIS (UK), CloudPayroll (AU), Patriot (US) would be preferred and advantageous.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
