Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our current clientele.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Cultivate and nurture robust client relationships.
- Address feedback promptly, offering suitable resolutions and alternatives within specified timeframes, and diligently follow up.
- Manage and nurture new sales leads generated by the sales development team.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts, and monitor sales performance.
- Undertake any additional tasks and assignments as directed by the Sales Division.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in account management and sales support.
- Capable of working autonomously while also being a strong team contributor.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Possess a keen sense of enthusiasm, coupled with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
