Job Summary:We are seeking a diligent and versatile General Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in common areas of the condo. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize common areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and restrooms.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain outdoor areas including walkways, parking lots, and recreational spaces.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap in common areas.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with residents and team members.
