Job Scope:
-Scheduling shifts and managing staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
-Providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to staff members.
-Handling disciplinary issues or conflicts among staff members as they arise
-Overseeing day-to-day operations of the salon, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
-Monitoring client feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
-Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve business targets.
