The Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts at both organizational and industry levels. The role includes spearheading brand awareness campaigns and ensuring excellence in service delivery, aligning with the company's objectives and goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and public relations strategies.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Ensure consistent corporate image and effective brand communication across all channels.
- Create and manage marketing plans and activities.
- Oversee social media strategy and operations, collaborating with various teams to craft innovative marketing campaigns. Monitor trends in social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, and technology to enhance campaigns.
- Develop marketing materials and manage marketing and sales budgets.
- Direct sales forecasting activities, set targets, and define performance goals to meet company objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, including potential sales and areas for expansion.
- Formulate pricing strategies to balance company goals and customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership to marketing and sales teams.
- Coordinate sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs to develop targeted marketing and sales campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in marketing and sales roles.
- Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills.
