Job Title: Finance Executive Assistant

Our client is a primary healthcare provider. They are seeking for applicants keen in gaining experience to join the team as a Finance Executive Assistant (1 year contract).
Job Responsibilities:
· Process patients’ invoices and update data in SAP
· Process payment run
· Perform SOA reconciliation
· Assist in performing month-end closing
· Manage phone calls for the finance department
· Manage AP mailbox
· Perform weekly deposit patient refund
· Extract GST report and fill in figures
· Provide supporting documents for the purpose of creation vendor master data
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma or equivalent education level
- Prior experience using SAP knowledge will be advantageous
- Relevant working experience is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
