Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC which is a leader in specialty chemicals, is renowned for its expertise in surface treatment and metalworking. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of sales and shipping, including communication, order processing, coordination, and managing customer and inter-company orders.
- Organize packing, booking, collection, and delivery of goods via various methods, ensuring accurate rates and including drop shipments.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and build positive relationships through regular interaction.
- Keep the Customer Price List updated in the system for smooth operations.
- Keep customers informed about delivery status and ensure reliable delivery.
- Manage data to streamline order processing.
- Address customer complaints promptly and effectively using the designated system.
- Provide administrative support for warehouse operations, including data entry and document management.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for import shipment clearance.
- Process incoming materials for the plant, excluding specified items, for smooth operations.
- Support order execution for finished goods and raw materials.
- Manage stock for third-party warehouses.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma and above
- 2-3 yrs' relevant experience in customer service / supply chain / sales / controlling
- SAP in chemical industry
