The Client:
We are partnering with a Global Leader in Equipment Manufacturing for Semiconductor and Pharmaceutical companies to look for a Customer Service Coordinator. This person will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager and supporting the Sales and Service team. This role is a 1-year contract (renewable).
The Job:
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately, maintaining detailed records of transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer issues, escalate complex problems as needed, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions, concerns, and requests for assistance.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, analyze trends, and propose actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes and optimize customer interactions.
The Talent:
- Diploma with minimum 2 years working experience
- Proven customer support experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Experience in SAP B1 preferred
