Our client, our established government-linked agency in the healthcare sector, is seeking for suitable candidates to join the growing team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Support management in the handling of data sharing request based on company’s Data Sharing Framework
- Manage and ensure continued relevance and application of the company’s policy across division’s processes
- Manage and review data protection compliance related aspects
- Ensure compliance of Data Protection by organization’s partners; Engage and develop suitable data sharing agreements with partners, doing process reviews etc
- Support and manage internal and external stakeholders towards continued improvements for an enhanced governance process in managing classified information and data
- Develop and execute standardise approach for data governance compliance
- Conduct reviews and periodic audits to ensure continued adherence with Data Protection approaches
- Other relevant duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Information Science/ Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in handling information management and governance aspects
- Knowledge of Data Protection Act is highly advantageous
- Strong analytical skills; Candidates with strong process thinking skills and workflow approach is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
