Position: Preschool Administrator
We are currently looking for a Preschool Administrator, reporting directly to the Principal. You will oversee the development, implementation and support the school’s operations aligned with the overall objectives.
The ideal candidate has to be meticulous, possess strong interpersonal, and communication skills.
Job Description:
1. Liaise closely with operations and HQ to prepare monthly billings including tracking of ongoing marketing activities.
2. Coordinate with operations and external vendors to ensure supplies and services are promptly delivered.
3. Prepare and submit ECDA reports.
4. Provide administrative support to centre staff such as payroll services and claims management.
5. Prepare centre and management reports and updates.
6. Liaise with parents in purchasing of merchandise.
7. Conduct stock-take and ensure re-stocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationery.
8. Handle parent’s chats and enquires.
9. Provide ad hoc support to operations such as students check-in/out, daily health checks, and etc.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Business Management with minimum of 2 years of working experience in a preschool environment with basic accounting skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (understanding of v-lookup is advantageous).
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Meticulous, organised and the ability to multi-task.
