We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality products and have a desire to learn about making chocolate. This can be a physically demanding job which may require moving all day. You should be comfortable working with machinery and getting your hands dirty with chocolate! You should be be able to work independently as well as with our team of Chocolatiers & Chefs.
Some kitchen and coffee roasting experience are a plus.
Job description
- Bean-to-bar chocolate making: roasting, cracking, winnowing, tempering, molding and packaging.
- Maintain cleanliness of chocolate production area and equipment.
- Assist with the performance of chocolate production equipment maintenance and up-keep of these machines.
- Hit daily production goals.
- Quality control of chocolate products.
- Identify process improvements.
- Stay productive, efficient and clean.
