Salary:
- Part Time: $1200-$1500
- Full Time: $2600-$2800
This isn't just a job; it's a mission! As our Purchaser, you'll be the heartbeat of our procurement process, collaborating with internal and external partners to maintain a slick supply chain aligned with our organizational goals.
Purchaser Duties:
- Generate accurate and timely purchase orders based on work orders from CS or the Project Team.
- Prioritize and track urgent orders, making sure suppliers meet lead times.
- Maintain emergency spare parts stock as agreed with Product Managers.
- Process complaints related to missing or incorrect materials.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should be:
- ITE, N-Level, O level or Diploma level
- Proven in procurement and strategic sourcing.
- Proactive, organized, and a team player.
- A problem-solving whiz with analytical abilities.
- Computer literate
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Part Time: 1:00PM to 5:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Full Time: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
