Job responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the assigned department.
- Provide direct administrative support to department manager/ supervisor, including email correspondence, and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, reports, and work orders, purchase orders
- Maintain and update department databases
- Prepare reports on department expenses and budgets
- Maintain filing system, contact database and inventories
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
- GCE N-Level or equivalent
- Proven administrative experience
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner
