- To take out quantities from drawings
- To calculate quantities for subcontractor’s claim
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.
- Responsible for all works related Quantity surveyor duties.
- To prepare necessary quotations
- To assist accounts personnel and prepare staff salary
- To prepare & submit progress claims
- Must be willing to go for site visit
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 3 years QS experience
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD and CAD measurement
- Great Networking abilities
