Description:
- Administer end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, scheduling, processing recruitment invoices, and handling employment contracts.
- Set up personal files and update records in the system.
- Manage the cessation process, including preparing acceptance of resignation letters and conducting exit interviews.
- Participate in company events and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min. Degree in any course
- Min. 1 - 2 years of HR experience is preferred
