Job Responsibilites:
Demand Planner
· Submit and manage forecast to principals based on purchase budget/business plan.
· Plan and prepare for forecast or orders for new lines or brands.
· Work closely with marketing and sales to prepare for the forecasting and POSM requirement for new launches.
· Manage inventory and use the information for analysis prior to placing new orders.
· Issue Purchase orders and manage purchases to align with the purchase budget/forecast.
· Ensure PO details (reference, quantity and price) are accurate against Proforma Invoices or Commercial invoices. Follow up on balances and back orders.
· Provide the New Code Information (with relevant documents) to be created into system.
· Create the Blanket Purchase orders into company system.
· Liaising with shipping and finance for shipment and payment of orders.
· Consolidate and update All Suppliers Purchase by Brands by value into one file.
· Upkeep and compare pricing information whenever provided from principals.
· Prepare monthly wholesale and/or retails reports for principals.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Possess a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
· At least 2 years of experience in relevant role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Strong interpersonal skill, communication, presentation, dynamic well planning and result oriented.
· Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, accountability, organization, and attention to details.
· Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.
