Primary Responsibilities
Improve and bring new feature to our Cloud Platform, overseeing cloud infrastructure, and maintaining infrastructure orchestration service, along with other routine tasks. You will join a diverse, innovative, and highly competent team. This dynamic role entails collaborating closely with other platform and application teams to foster and promote a culture of DevOps and Software Engineering best practices.
Job Description
- Lead a team of cloud developers, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Design and implement robust cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, availability, and security.
- Well versed with Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery practices and able to apply them.
- Oversee the automation of cloud processes, significantly reducing manual workload and potential for errors.
- Well versed with container architecture, container standards, container design, container building and able to assess and establish the need for containers.
- Well versed with Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) principles and technologies
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, providing technical insights and leadership in the development of cloud-based applications
Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Python and other programming languages relevant to cloud development.
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing and familiar with GCP, Azure, Etc..
- Expertise in cloud architecture and services across platforms
- Knowledge of netwokring devices such as Firewalls, Load Balancers, API Gateways, etc..
- Strong foundation in Cloud Automation tools and practices, with a focus on infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to lead and manage small teams, setting clear goals and fostering a positive team environment.

Working Experience
- At least 8 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within cloud development teams.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing large-scale cloud solutions.
- Experience in mentoring and leading small teams, with demonstrable success in project completion and team development.
